【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsfortolerancesforhot-rollednon-alloyandalloysteelplatesincludingstainlesssteelswiththefollowingcharacteristics:a)nominalthickness≥3mm≤250mm;b)nominalwidth≥600mm;c)specifiedminimumyieldstrength<700N/mm.Tolerancesforproductsofwidth<600mmcutorslitfromplateshouldbeagreedbetweenmanufacturerandpurchaseratthetimeofenquiryandorder.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytoroundplates,sketchplates,chequerorraised-dropletpatternfloorplatesandwideflatsforwhichotherEURONORMSexistorEuropeanStandardsdealingwithtolerancesonproductsofsteelarebeingprepared:-tolerancesondimensions,shapeandmassforhot-rolledwideflatsofsteel(seeEURONORM91).note:1)UntilthisEURONORMistransformedintoaEuropeanStandard,itcaneitherbeimplementedorreferencemadetothecorrespondingnationalstandard,thelistofwhichisgiveninannexAtothisEuropeanStandard.

【摘要】:Thistestmethodprovidesameansforevaluatingthesmolderingcombustionpotentialofcotton-basedbattingforuseinmattressesandupholsteredfurniture.Thedegreeofcorrelationbetweentheresultsofthistestofacomponentmaterialandactualend-useproductshasnotbeendeterminedfully.Inthisprocedure,thespecimensaresubjectedtooneormorespecificsetsoflaboratorytestconditions.Ifdifferenttestconditionsaresubstitutedortheend-useconditionsarechanged,thistestmethodcannotpredictchangesinthefiretestresponsecharacteristicsmeasured.Theresultsarethereforevalidonlyforthefiretestexposureconditionsdescribedinthisprocedure.Inthecaseofadisputearisingfromdifferencesinthereportedtestresultsusingthistestmethodforacceptancetestingofcommercialshipments,thepurchaserandthesupplierareadvisedtoconductcomparativeteststodeterminewhetherastatisticalbiasexistsbetweentheirlaboratories.Competentstatisticalassistanceisrecommendedfortheinvestigationofbias.Anacceptableprobabilitylevelischosenbythetwopartiesbeforetestingbegins.Asaminimum,agroupoftestspecimensthatareashomogeneousaspossibleandthatarefromalotofmaterialofthetypeinquestionaretaken.Thetestspecimensarethenrandomlyassignedinequalnumberstoeachlaboratoryfortesting.TheaverageresultsfromthetwolaboratoriesarecomparedusingStudent''st-testforunpaireddata.Ifabiasisfound,eitheritscausemustbedeterminedandcorrected,orthepurchaserandsuppliermustagreetointerpretfuturetestresultsinlightoftheknownbias.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofsmolderingcombustionpotentialwithincotton-basedbattingintendedforuseinmattressesandupholsteredfurniture.Thistestmethodisdesignedtoevaluatebattingcontainingatleast75%cottonbyweight,anditisintendedtobeusedprimarilyasaqualitycontroltool.1.2Thistestmethodisusedtomeasureanddescribetheresponseofmaterials,products,orassembliestoheatandflameundercontrolledconditions,butdoesnotbyitselfincorporateallfactorsrequiredforfirehazardorfireriskassessmentofthematerials,products,orassembliesunderactualfireconditions.1.3Firetestingisinherentlyhazardous.Adequatesafeguardsforpersonnelandpropertyshallbeemployedinconductingthesetests.1.4Inadequateconsiderationofasubsystem,suchascottonbatting,toresistsmolderingisfrequentlythereasonthatfinishedmattressorupholsteredfurnituresystemsfailfireandsmolderresistancetests.Thistestmethodmaybeusedtoevaluatethissmolderresistanceinthesubsystemofcottonbattingusedinsuchproducts.Thepurposeofthistestmethodistoaidendusersinbetterdeterminingthepotentialofcottonbattingcomponentstoresistsmoldering.Itisrecommendedthatthoseusingthistestmethodbefamiliarwithcottonbattingproductionandtheuseofcottonbattinginmattressesandupholsteredfurniture.1.5ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
