【摘要】:ThispartofISO10303specifiestheresourceconstructstospecifytheactionsorpotentialactionstoeffectaprocess.TheintegratedresourceconstructswithinthispartofISO10303definethestructureforspecifying:relationshipsbetweenprocesses,theeffectivityofaprocess,thepropertiesofaprocess,theresourcesrequiredfortheprocess,thepropertiesoftheresource,therepresentationoftheprocess,therepresentationoftheresource,andtherelationshipoftheprocesstotheproduct.Whentheseintegratedresourceconstructsareutilizedinthecontextofanapplicationresourceoranapplicationprotocol,theintegratedresourceconstructscanbeassembledintoastructuretorepresentaprocessplan.ThefollowingarewithinthescopeofthispartofISO10303:—specificationofaprocess;—specificationoftherelationshipsbetweenprocesses;—specificationoftheeffectivityofaprocess;—specificationoftherelationshipbetweenaprocessandaproduct;—specificationofthestepsforaprocessplantorealizeaproduct;NOTES1-ThispartofISO10303doesnotmakeanydistinctionbetweenaprocessplanthathasbeenexecutedandonethathasnotbeenexecuted.2-ThispartofISO10303doesnotaddressadministrativeinformationwithinaprocessplan.Administrativeinformationmayincludeorganization,date,orpersonresponsiblefordevelopingaprocessplan.—specificationofalternativeprocessplandefinitions;—specificationofthemethodforrealizingaprocessplan;—specificationofaresource;—processrequirementsoftheresource;—identificationofresourcesusedbyaprocess;—specificationofthepropertiesofaresource.ThefollowingareoutsidethescopeofthispartofISO10303:—definitionofspecificprocessesorspecificprocessplans;NOTE3-ThispartofISO10303doesnotaddressanyspecificindustrialprocess.—processspecificationsforcontinuousprocesses;NOTE4-ThispartofISO10303hasthecapabilitytorepresentsomeaspectsofcontinuousprocesses.ThispartofISO10303doesnothavethecapabilitytorepresentcontinuousprocessesthatrequireinterrupts,alarms,andothermessagingservicerequirements.—scheduling;—processplanning;NOTE5-Processplanningistheactionofdevelopingaprocessplan.TheactionofcreatingaprocessplanisoutsidethescopeofthispartofISO10303.ThispartofISO10303providesarepresentationfortheoutputofprocessplanning.—peer-to-peercommunicationmechanisms,includingsynchronization;—processcontrol.NOTE6-Capabilitiesforprocesscontrolandpeer-to-peercommunicationaredefinedbyotherISOstandardssuchasISO/IEC9506(IndustrialAutomationSystems-ManufacturingMessageSpecification).TheseotherISO/IECstandardsareconcernedwiththecommunicationandinterworkingofprogrammabledevicesofindustrialprocesscontrolsystemsutilizedintheprocessindustries.AnapplicationresourceoranapplicationprotocolmayspecifyarelationshipbetweenthispartofISO10303andISO/IEC9506.
