【摘要】:Thesetestmethodsareintendedtoestablishameasureofresistanceforslidingdoorassembliessubjectedtoattacks(otherthanimpactingglazingmaterials)byunskilledoropportunisticburglars.Resistancetohigherlevelsofforcegeneratedbyskilledburglaryattackrequiresmethods,suchasalarms,communication,orapprehensionsystems,orspecialsecurityglazingmaterialsmoresophisticatedthanthoseevaluatedbythesetestmethods.Entrythroughaslidingdoorassemblycanbeaccomplishedbyimpactingorremovingglazingmaterials.Thismethoddoesnotevaluateglazingmaterialsforbreakageorde-glazing.Otherstandardsmustbeusedtoevaluateforcedentrybyimpactingorremovingglazing.Acceptancecriteriaforperformancelevelsareamatterforauthoritieshavingspecificjurisdictiontoestablish.SuggestedguidelinesarefoundinAnnexA1.1.1Thesetestmethodsdeterminetheabilityofslidingdoorassembliestorestrain,delay,orfrustrateforcedentry.1.2Forpurposesofthesetestmethods,slidingdoorassembliesaredefinedasdescribedinandasshownin.Slidingdoorassemblieswithacombinationofoperablepanelsandfixedpanels(lites)shallbeclassifiedandtestedseparatelyforeachtype.1.2.1TypeAAslidingdoorassemblywhichincorporatesoneormoreslidingpanelsthatlocktothejamb.1.2.2TypeBAslidingdoorassemblywhichincorporatesoneormoreslidingpanelsthatlocktoanintermediatejamb.1.2.3TypeCAslidingdoorassemblywhichincorporatesoneormoreslidingpanelsthatabutandlocktootherpanels.1.2.4TypeDAslidingdoorassemblywhichincorporatesoneormorefixedorstationarypanelsthataredesignednottoopen.Note18212;Seeforgraphicdepictionofslidingdoorassemblytypes.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
