【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthegeometryandmethodofuse(installationinasystemandoperatingconditions)ofcriticalflowVenturinozzles(CFVN)usedtodeterminethemassflow-rateofagasflowingthroughasystem.Italsogivestheinformationnecessaryforcalculatingtheflow-rateanditsassociateduncertainty.ItisapplicabletoVenturinozzlesinwhichthegasflowacceleratestothecriticalvelocityatthethroat(thisbeingequaltotheFocalsonicvelocity),andonlywherethereissteadyflowofsingle-phasegases.Atthecriticalvelocity,themassflow-rateofthegasflowingthroughtheVenturinozzleisthemaximumpossiblefortheexistingupstreamconditionswhileCFVNcanonlybeusedwithinspecifiedlimits,e.g.limitsforthenozzlethroattoinletdiameterratioandthroatReynoldsnumber.ThisInternationalStandarddealswithCFVNforwhichdirectcalibrationexperimentshavebeenmadeinsufficientnumbertoenabletheresultingcoefficientstobeusedwithcertainpredictablelimitsofuncertainty.InformationisgivenforcaseswherethepipelineupstreamoftheCFVNisofcircularcross-section,oritcanbeassumedthatthereisalargespaceupstreamoftheCFVNorupstreamofasetofCFVNmountedinacluster.TheclusterconfigurationoffersthepossibilityofinstallingCFVNinparallel,therebyachievinghighflow-rates.Forhigh-accuracymeasurement,accuratelymachinedVenturinozzlesaredescribedforIowReynoldsnumberapplications.
