【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportprovidesguidelinesforthosesuchasemployers,nationalauthoritiesandmanufacturersofearth-movingmachinerywhoarerequiredtodetermine,assessanddocumentthedailywhole-bodyvibrationexposureforride-onmachinesasdefinedinISO6165.Italsoprovidesguidelinesforreducingvibrationlevelsonmachinesandfordeterminingthevibrationreductionfrommachineimprovementstoreducevibrationlevels.Itisintendedtoassistinestablishingdocumentationforspecificearth-movingmachineryundertypicaloperatingconditions.ItgivesguidanceondeterminingthedailyvibrationexposureA(8),inaccordancewithISO2631andEN14253,offeringasimplemethodfordeterminingthedailyvibrationexposurebymeansofatablewhichindicatesthedailyexposureasafunctionoftheequivalentvibrationtotalvalueandtheassociatedexposureduration.Bothmethodscanbeusedevenincasesofmultipleexposuresonthesameday.Methodsareprovidedforcalculatingexposureusingreportedemissionvalues,validformachinesequippedwithaseatinaccordancetoISO7096.NOTEAdditionalinformationisgivenintheEN474andEN500seriesofstandards.Workplacemeasurementsarerequiredwheresuitabledataareunavailabletorepresentthevibrationunderthespecificworkingconditions,orifthecalculationresultsarenotusefulfordeterminingwhetherornotthevibrationexposurelimitvalueorexposureactionvalueislikelytobeexceeded.Itisimportantthatthevibrationvaluesusedintheexposureassessmentarerepresentativeofthoseinthespecificuseofthemachines.ThisTechnicalReportdoesnotdealwithassessmentsofexposuretoshock.NOTETheguidelinesfordetermining,assessinganddocumentingthedailyvibrationexposurefromuseofride-onoperatedearth-movingmachineryalsocovertherequirementsoftheEuropeanPhysicalAgentsDirective(Vibration)2002/44/EC.
