【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherelevantcharacteristicsofgeosyntheticbarriers,includingpolymericgeosyntheticbarriers,claygeosyntheticbarriersandbituminousgeosyntheticbarriers,whenusedasfluidbarriersintheconstructionofcanals,andtheappropriatetestmethodstodeterminethesecharacteristics.Theintendeduseoftheseproductsistocontroltheleakageofwaterthroughtheconstruction.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletogeotextilesorgeotextile-relatedproducts.ThisEuropeanStandardprovidesfortheevaluationofconformityoftheproducttothisEuropeanStandard.ThisEuropeanStandarddefinesrequirementstobemetbymanufacturersandtheirauthorisedrepresentativeswithregardtothepresentationofproductproperties.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcoverapplicationswherethegeosyntheticbarrieristobeincontactwithwaterthathasbeentreatedforhumanconsumption.NOTEWherepotablewaterisormaybeindirectcontactwiththeproductthedesignershouldalsorefertootherrelevantstandards,requirementsand/orregulations.
